Hatha Yoga has its roots in India and Tibet. Its name derives from the fusion of Ha (sun) and THA (moon). It is the realization of the dialogue between the masculine energy (yang) of the sun, the feminine energy (yin) of the moon and the spirit. These elements blend in balance and harmony, just as body and mind blend in balance and harmony.
